To reserve a sleeping room, Sage staff and exhibitors can submit their request online with the Hilton Toronto.

Room rate is $199 CAD per night, plus applicable taxes. Guestrooms are on a first come, first available basis. Book your guestroom by April 23, 2014, to ensure you take advantage of this special rate valid May 4-10, 2014.

The Hilton Toronto is located approximately 25 minutes (28 km) away from Lester B. Pearson airport (YYZ).

Ground transportation

There are various options to use if arriving from the Lester B. Pearson airport (YYZ):

• Bus service~ Downtown Express ~$30 CAD.
• Taxis are readily available at the airport with an estimated cost of $60 CAD.
